Due to the digital and irreversible nature of machine embroidery files (PES and other formats), all sales of downloadable patterns are final. Once a file has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. [1, 2]

• Recommendation: We strongly advise checking that the pattern sizes, stitch details, and formats match your embroidery machine's hoop capabilities before checkout.

 

🪡 2. Custom "Change a Design to Stitches" Digitising Services

Custom digitising involves bespoke work tailored to your exact specifications.

• Non-Refundable: Once we have commenced work on manual digitising or the final file has been sent to your email, the service is non-refundable. [1, 2]

• Revisions: To ensure you are completely happy with your design, we offer up to two (2) free minor adjustments or design tweaks within the original purchase price.

We pride ourselves on high-quality, cleanly mapped stitch sequences. If you suspect an error within the digital file itself (e.g. a corrupted file layout or an unintentional spacing gap during a stitch-out test), please get in touch with us immediately:
